Windows 7 Operation System is not supported by Microsoft for many years now, and this reflects on its behavior with other software applications, such as the Abrites software.
The latest software version of the Online platform, which works smoothly with Windows 10 64-bit or newer is the 34.9 version. Software versions 35.0 and above would require you to update your Windows operation system to a version that is supported by Microsoft. You can check the supported versions on the Microsoft website.

We have a partial solution for customers, who still want to use the Abrites products on the Windows 7 platform, but this has some limitations. You will be able to use the 34.9 version of the Abrites Online software, and you will not be able to benefit from any updates.

Having in mind the limitations, you can install additional application, which will install the 34.9 version on you computer, and will not let any updates go trough - thus, you can use all the functionalities available before the release of 35.0 software versions.
