Clearing the locked Fail-Safe Mode in JTEKT EPS modules

This special function clears the locked Fail-Safe Mode in JTEKT Electric Power Steering modules, resolving the UCH "Dongle" fault that prevents engine start.

Procedure steps

1. Open Renault Online, choose your model and let the software scan the modules

2. Enter the PAS module

3. Click the "JTEKT Fix" button on the left side

The module is identified correctly, and the software lets you write the default configuration for the JTEKT PAS/EPS. This should resolve the issue and allow the module to exit Fail-Safe Mode.
