Reading the unit so the key programming can continue in the Ford software

This procedure will let you read the unit. Data will be uploaded to our server. You can then open the Ford Offline software and proceed with the key programming procedure.

Required equipment

• Abrites AVDI interface
• ZN085 programmer with CB501 connection cable
• FR011 Key Learning by RH850 Dump for Ford Vehicles (2021+)
• Soldering tools, and the wiring diagram from the software

Important notes

• The read is half the job. Nothing is programmed here - the unit is read and uploaded, and the work continues in the Ford Offline software.
• Check the wiring against the diagram in the software before powering up; see Connection and diagrams.
