ZN081 CAN Gateway - synchronising CAN speeds so truck modules can be worked on the bench
The Abrites CAN Gateway is a device designed to work with the AVDI, to help connect different modules on bench.
It synchronizes CAN communication between devices with different CAN speeds. The need for it comes from how difficult it is to connect all the parts of a car or truck on the bench.
In its first iteration the device lets all parts of a Mercedes truck connected to the immobilizer system be connected easily for procedures such as virginizing, personalizing a module, and key programming.
Required equipment
- Abrites AVDI interface
- ZN181 CAN Gateway Set - contains the ZN081 device, the CB601 cable, the CB602 cable, a DC jack adapter and a 5A fuse
- MN031 licence
- Abrites Diagnostics for Mercedes Trucks software
- ZN084 24V/4A DC power adapter - for modules that need a 24V supply
- CB603 and CB604 cables - for MCM and TCU work
