A very useful option which tells you how many keys are currently programmed in the vehicle you are working on. Once you select it you will see this window which will tell you the current key count.
This is a very important step to be performed before any key learning is done, because the vehicle may have reached the maximum number of keys that it accepts.
Maximum key count by platform

If the number of maximum keys is reached you will have to erase keys first - the procedure is described in a dedicated section.

Important notes
- Check this first on every key job. Discovering the limit has been reached halfway through a registration wastes the customer's time and yours.
- If the count is at the maximum, run Erase all keys - which needs a working key - before adding another.
