All Keys Lost special function is used when you have a vehicle with no working keys, that is equipped with a BCM unit and a mechanical key. It gives you 2 options to continue - with TA41 and a Protag programmer, or with a ZN066 adapter.
Procedure is started from the Immobilizer special function > All Keys Lost. Once you start it you will see the 2 options as in the screen below.

Choosing between them
| TA41 + ProTag | ZN066 | |
|---|---|---|
| Extra programmer needed | ProTag | None - connects to the AVDI DB15 slot |
| Stays with the vehicle | Yes - remains locked to the car | No - reusable on many vehicles |
| What you must supply | The TA41 | A blank Subaru key, a TA41, or any DST-AES transponder |
| Typical use | Where blank Subaru keys are hard to get; the customer keeps it as a spare | Where you program many vehicles and have keys available |
| Detail | 5.5.1 All keys lost using TA41 and PROTAG | 5.5.2 All keys lost using the ZN066 |
Required equipment
| Licence | SB003 — Key programming by RH850 dump and ESL reset/synchronization |
- Abrites AVDI interface connected over OBDII
- Abrites Diagnostics for Subaru software
- Either a TA41 with a ProTag programmer, or a ZN066 adapter
Important notes
- Both routes prepare a key emulator; neither finishes the job. After the emulator is prepared you still have to run Key Registration.
- This function is for BCM vehicles. A vehicle with an immobilizer unit needs Immobilizer Reset instead.
